The best shifts go FAST, sign up early to enjoy the event at your pace. Shifts available before, during and after the event.

2. Complete and Sign Volunteer Waiver (Provided in Ticket Purchase)
3. Schedule & Complete (3) Three 4-Hour Shifts (Click Volunteer Shifts Portal)
Joining the Immersjawn team is a terrific opportunity to acquire a free ticket to the event as well as some amazing incentives.
The best part, though, may be the memories you make by joining the Immersjawn team and the sense of belonging to something special.
Important Information:
• REFUNDABLE TICKET We will return cost of ticket only.
The refund will be processed within three weeks after the event.
• We will try our best to accommodate the shift times you originally signed up for.
Please be aware THAT THE SHIFT TIME SLOT MAY CHANGE.
You MUST be flexible and be willing to work whatever shifts are allotted to you.
There are volunteer shifts available before, during, and after the event.
•Arrive on time and sober for your shifts and work the entire shift.
If you do not SHOW UP TO YOUR SHIFT your ticket will NOT BE REFUNDED!
